Welcome to the Graduate School of Business and Leadership (GSB&L) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to a School that is committed to developing principled, innovative, and socially responsive business leaders for Africa and the world. At GSB&L, we believe that business education must be intellectually rigorous, ethically grounded, and deeply connected to the realities of our society.

As a student, executive participant, alumnus, partner, or member of our broader community, you are joining a School that values excellence in teaching, impactful research, and meaningful engagement with industry, government, and civil society. Our programmes are designed to equip you with critical thinking skills, leadership capability, and a global perspective, while remaining firmly rooted in the African context.
